Application process of Citizenship for my parents and sister

I am 19 years old. My name is Parth . I am a citizen of USA. I have been living out of USA since I was a 1 month baby. I have never been to USA ever since then. 

 

My question is can i apply for citizenship for my parents and my younger sister (not a US citizen) who will turn 18 by the end of this year inspite of me not living in USA. 

 

Please can you guide me what is the procedure to apply and what do I need to do ? I need to apply for all 3 mom , dad and sister.

You need to be 21 years old to sponsor anybody. GOOGLE VISA BULLETIN and look at the details in the latest one to get some specifics.

You have to be 21 before you can sponsor your parents for a Greencard. Nobody can sponsor anybody for US citizenship.

Of course, you would have to have enough income to sponsor a GC.

And sponsoring a GC for a sibling takes 12+ years.
