ahsan126
Hi, I am currently working on H1-B and my company has started my Greencard process (under EB2). In this regard, my company's lawyer is asking me to provide experience letters from my previous employers. I do have experience letters from my previous employers (which are outside USA) but I do not have any pay stubs or tax documents showing that I have worked there in the past. I am wondering that during the green card process (at any stage), can the authorities ask to provide them with pay stubs or tax documents from my previous employers as a proof that I have worked there? or the experience letters from HR are enough?
