Does Criminal Offense in Traffic violations affect your Green Card processing

Recently I got a speeding ticket for Excessive speeding and reckless driving. If I am convicted under this case

 

1. will they deport me to my home land
2. will there be any issue if I am processing Green card or citizen ship. 
3. does both reckless driving and excessive considered to be serious criminal offenses??

Reckless driving is more serious than a "normal" speeding ticket.

See a good criminal and a good immigration lawyer ASAP.

What was the situation like? Driving on 110mph on a 55 limit?

That is not a reason to drive that fast. If she had a medical issue, stopping and calling 911 would have been the correct course of action.

If OP's mom really had any medical issues...then OP should have called 911. That excuse of driving fast because his mom is not is not well doesn't go good when you explain it to the Cops.
