However, my brother's (Age 20, new passport) visa was rejected in India under 214 b. He didn't give our marriage as the reason, and gave his reason as tourist. Can you kindly advice on the chances, and how he should proceed now so as to get a visa. Should he specify our marriage? What supporting documents should we send him? Link to comment
