B1 visa & canada visitor visa URGENT help required

Hello,

My case is :

I've B1 visa valid for 10 years multiple entries & travelling this weekend.

Also, i've Canada visitor visa with multiple entries.

MY MAJOR QUERY IS :

If i plan to go to Canada on some weekend or for a week....am i allowed for the same ?

If yes then whether i"ll be granted entry to US back from canada.

Also, can i use air travel ?

Plzz reply soon....i need to meet my wife there in canada :)
