In nov 2012 i got increment and currently i am getting 75k can anyone please help me to clear my doubt 1) VO ask what is my annual salary antey eami chepali?? Ans ) lca pay (55k) or Current Salary (75k) 2) In DS - 160 Montly Income what should i need to specify ? Ans ) lca pay (55k) / 12 or Current Salary (75k) /12 If i say 55k as my annual salary , if vo ask why you u have more than pay stubs what should i say ? Guy_H1B Posted March 14, 2013 Report Share Posted March 14, 2013 It's not a big deal. As long as you're pay is higher than LCA, you're just fine. Last time when I went for stamping, According to my LCA it was 80K but I was actually paid 70% more than LCA with overtime hours. When VO asked me, I said I'm getting paid for overtime/weekend work. He was just fine with it and approved my visa. Just be confident and tell the truth while answering. Link to comment

a999 Posted March 14, 2013 Author Report Share Posted March 14, 2013 Thanks a lot fot your reply So i have to say my annual income is 75k when visa officer ask me. i use to get 65k ay the timr when h 1-b is filled in last year april. Employer said he will give the employer letter showing current salary 75k that would be fine right. So if they ask me why pay is more than lca. one i can say bcz of my performance evaluations and timelu i got increment in november 2012 that would be fine right bcz from nov 2012 only my pay changed from 65k to 75k .
