Sliwka Posted November 12, 2012 Report Share Posted November 12, 2012 In June 2012 I went to the US Embassy in Poland for H1B visa stamping. They told me they need to investigate and sent my petition back to USCIS. I have checked the petition status on USCIS site which shows the Post Activity Decision. It says: "On September 5, 2012, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly". I have called the Department of State and I found out that my case is still pending and the Embassy doesn't have any additional information. Does anyone know what will happens next and how much longer does it take? Link to comment
