sonia109
Hello, If an employer fires/lays off H1B employee and informs USCIS. Is it possible to find out when the USCIS has actually revoked the employee's H1B ? did they revoke after 4 weeks/8 weeks /12 weeks etc. Appreciate it. Thanks Link to comment

livliv
Why does it matter? It makes no difference to the employee. Link to comment
Attorney_22
Generally, USCIS will eventually update the online case status regarding the H1B petition. However, it is not always done promptly. Furthermore, despite when USCIS eventually gets around to withdrawing the petition, they will recognize the withdrawal as of the day the request is received. If you have additional questions it is advisable to speak directly with a qualified U.S. immigration attorney. Link to comment
