mrmeswani
Hi guys I work as software researcher in a university in California and have my approval notice for about a year and paychecks for two years. I have recieved degrees in US. I have permanent employment and not a postdoc. I was wondering are we allowed to get first time H1-b visa stamps in Canada or Mexico. If any one has done this recently can you please tell me if there were too many inquiries? Thanks for helping me out ! Link to comment
