Your case will be processed depending on where your I140 is approved. Your I 140 should have been processed by NSC.thats why ur case has been transferred to NSC Link to comment

I saw one case where PD was current in Dec bulletin but applied in Jan and got their EAD/AP. Link to comment

So probably since it is less than 1 year...they might not ask for FP. My processsing center is TSC. Link to comment

I filed on Dec 1 and I re-entered three times during the prior 12 months period (twice from Canada, once from India). I received my FP on Dec 19 and completed FP on Jan 4. Link to comment

Me too went to India and recently back to US (less than 6 months), but I got FP notice on Feb 6th and it is scheduled for Feb 22nd.One more thing i got finger print from the same center for UK transit Visa before my India trip and I am going again there for I-485.
