shabazee_n Posted January 24, 2012 Report Share Posted January 24, 2012 My PD is Sept 2007. I was current as of November bulletin. But I applied for 485 on 01/03/2012. I received receipts on 01/16/2012. Will my application be processed along with January bulletin applications received in queue. OR will my application get preference as I have much earlier priority date? Sorry if this is a double posting. FreedomUSA Posted January 26, 2012 Author Report Share Posted January 26, 2012 Finger prints done this morning at 10.00 am at Boston ASC. We took our baby (US Citizen) there is no problem. Also because of traffic and parking spot wait, we were 10 mins late, again no problem. Though appt says 10 am, I think we can show up there between 10 -12 am. As they have slot times of 8-10, 10-12, 12-2 like that. I put my mobile in car as they said not to bring them. But you can take them inside as they have notices saying not to use them, so please switch off your mobiles or silent them. Again we are talking about Boston ASC. Things may be different at other ASCs. My details TSC I485 RD: 1/4 ND: 1/6 FP ND: 1/17 FP scheduled on: 1/26 at Boston ASC. Waiting for EAD/AP Approval. Link to comment

Our lawyer told us that she shipped the documents on Jan5th, but it is very possible that she didn't do it untill the 9th or the 10th of January. Link to comment

SG2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Report Share Posted January 30, 2012 I received my receipts a week ago. PD 03/252008 EB2. My receipt for I485 has the preference category listed as "Employment Based 3rd" instead of "Employment Based 2nd" although my upgraded I-140 from EB3 to EB2 was approved 6 months ago. Would this cause any issues going forward? Has anyone experienced similar issue? I have called NCSC and opened SR for this. Its been a week and didn't get any response so far.
