I have applied for I 130, when my wife was GC, and it was approved... but now last week she become a Citizen and waiting for oath ceremony letter.... Is there good time to apply Adj, of status without certificate of neut. or have to wait for certificate and then to apply.... Please help me to this query...... Thanks Link to comment
