Meanwhile, his wife is in india got her F1 visa rejected twice and does not qualify for H1B.in this situation 1) Can she apply in someother country for F1 or Visistor visa? 2) what wud be the questions asked and the chances of getting one? 3) is it better to apply for GC for spouse in GC status or wait till he gets citizenship and then apply? which one is faster? 4) any other venue to bring the spouse here faster? -thnx Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted October 10, 2011 Report Share Posted October 10, 2011 She will not get her F1 visa anywhere but India in view of the denial. If he applies as a GC holder she will wait for 4 years and of course as soon as he is a Citizen there is no quota or wait. Link to comment

This is the age of computers and databases, in case you didn't know. Why do people still think they can outsmart the visa officers??? Geez.
