My wife has a pending i-485, while my i-140 has just been filed. In this situation, why should / shouldn't i continue my employment on her EAD? I am looking for some suggestions in either situation and what would be my best scenario. Regards Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted October 4, 2011 Report Share Posted October 4, 2011 It gives you two bites at the apple in the unlikely event that her situation goes south. If her staTus is stable yes you can work on the EAD. In fact you can work on the EAD while the sponsor files your gc. Link to comment
