veni001 Posted June 22, 2011 Report Share Posted June 22, 2011 EB2I&EBC have to move together until Sept 2011 VB to get spillover VISA distribution based on oldest PD first. EB2C will definitely jump ahead of EB2I starting OCT 2011 VB until next spillover season. Link to comment
