rminnie007 Posted August 16, 2011 Report Share Posted August 16, 2011 Hai, I filed for my husband's green card (UC filing for spouse) and he filed his I 485 along with that.He got his fingerprinting done and got his EAD card. We are waiting for interview. I filed in march . How long normally this process takes. My husband got another letter to do the fingerprinting again. Do USCIS normally takes the biometrics twice?.when I inquired the USCIS cust. rep. told me to wait until the normal processing time is over for the visa center I applied, which is 5 months for I 130 and 4 months for AOS and I am only one week away from that 5 month time Link to comment
