My family had H4 visa which expired and I never extended it (reason: they were in India during my H1 extension). At this moment they dont have plan to come and stay in USA, hence to bring them for vacation I processed tourist visa and it got approved for 10 years. Now they are in USA since April 1st 2021, my h1 is valid until 2023 July, can I apply for H4 for them now, if so what is the process, is it possible to have 2 visa at a time for a person(for ex H2 and H4) Quote Link to comment
