PraneetaIllam Posted May 23, 2021 Report Share Posted May 23, 2021 We have applied for H1B in Premium processing. After 10 days, USCIS has issued a Request for Additional Evidence before 30 days. But we have not received details of RFE either in an email (or) in a letter. My Attorney said they are in process of contacting USCIS regularly and they have also raised a service request mentioning we haven't got the RFE details. Can someone please advise what should we do in this scenario? Even attorneys are saying this is unusual and they will keep me posted once they have received the details. Looking for advice from the group - Faster response will be much appreciated. Quote Link to comment
