stamping2014 Posted May 7, 2021 Report Share Posted May 7, 2021 Hi, I accepted offer from Company B and they filed I-129 for H1-B transfer but they missed adding my latest I797. I applied for extension in 2018 twice because of role change with Company A (current). I shared only one I-797 approval for May 2018 and missed the other I-797 approval for Sep 2018( 6 months difference). Question is, what are the consequences on joining Company B with receipt and if I get RFE/Denial, what are my options? Can they cancel the I-129 petition that was already sent to USCIS and resend by adding the missed I797 approval? Quote Link to comment
