Dayn
Hi, I am currently working with company A as full time employee. I have an offer from company B and I had initiated the H1b transfer under normal processing and waiting for the receipt. In meantime, I got an offer from company C and decided to join company C and have initiated the H1b transfer under normal processing. Question 1: if company B does not withdraw H1b transfer petition. is there any impact for my company C H1b normal approval processing? Question 2: If I receive the H1b transfer approval for Company B first and I had joining company C at the receipt by then, will there be any issue getting second approval as I have not joined Company B at all and transfer is not withdrawn from company B? Question 3: Considering company C is ready for premium processing and company B is not willing to withdraw the H1b transfer petition, do we need to get visa stamped to work with company C? If you have already joined C and get approved then yes. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
1. No impact. The company which you do not join if there H1B is approved they need to let USCIS know and revoke the approval. Quote Link to comment
