mehta22 Posted January 28, 2021 Report Share Posted January 28, 2021 Hello, My married brother's I-130 has been approved on 6/8/2020 and I am a Citizen of the US. His Priority Date is 10/12/2012. Due the the pandemic and restrictions, I am assuming the file moved slower than expected. From what I understand, there aren't any next steps on my end until the file/priority date is current? Can someone please confirm this? Based on your experience, can y'all share when the date will be current? At what stage do I add my brother's kids to the file? Will appreciate your insights.
