AK1993
Hi My employer from US has applied for my visa last year and I got it approved in July 2020. I have scheduled my visa appointment at Chennai Consulate on February 25(OFC) and March 9th (Interview). I have scheduled it for myself and my spouse (H4). As of now my visa appointment is not cancelled. I have also emailed ustraveldocs to check if my visa appointment is valid now. Can I expect the appointment cancellation as the travel ban was extended? What are the extra supporting documents which I would require for myself and my spouse during the interview? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, AK Edited January 5, 2021 by AK1993 Quote Link to comment

Thank you for your response Mr. Gopalakrishnan, My visa appointment got canceled. May i know with client letter from my employer in US would i be eligible for emergency appointment for stamping for myself and my spouse? Also would we be eligible for first time stamping with valid Canadian visa at Canadian US consulate? Any help would be appreciated. Quote Link to comment
