I have valid I-797 till 2022 but expired visa stamp.I have couple of questions in wake of the presedential proclamation. 1. Will I be able to get an appointment and visa stamp for H1B and H4 for my wife? I am with same employer for past 3 years. 2. If I change job start working for new employer and go to India after 2 months, will I be able to get stamp for new employer? 3. If only my wife travels will she be able to get H4 stamp?
