GC travel to india and back to USA

I am a Greencard holder currently living in USA. My daughter who is a US citizen is stuck in India since feb 2020 due to COVID - 19. I am planning to travel to india to get her back. Will there be any problem during reentry or are there any restrictions during reentry that I need to be aware of. "Proclamation Suspending Entry of Aliens Who Present a Risk to the U.S. Labor Market Following the Coronavirus Outbreak" - does this have any impact on my re entry. Also I am a physician working in healthcare.

I assume a young girl. No restrictions on travel. The GC makes you immune to any idiots proclamation. My Mom returned last week from India. She holds a GC.

No problem with a GC. The Executive Order you mention has to do with H1 visas.

Hello, 

My wife and kid are in India. They hold H4 but stamping expired and also last time when we entered USA, we used Advance parole. They both have advance parole valid until August 2021. Due to Trump ban on certain categories, I am not sure whether they can travel or not. 

Can anyone share the details or has anyone travelled back to USA on advance parole during Trump travel ban. Can someone share details and link to travel ban. Thank you in advance.

Hello, My mother is on GC, she got struck in Inida due to this pandemic, its almost 15 months now, we are planning to bring her back in this June, will she face any issues during her reentry, please provide if you have any information. Thanks for all your help in advance
