Priya C Posted June 30, 2020 Report Share Posted June 30, 2020 Hi, i am a canadiam citizen on L1A and got laid off. My I-140 has been filed 3 months back in EB1AC category. I have valid EAD/ AP. Can i switch jobs in the US and continue my green card process with another employer with similar job description? If so, should i accept new job after 180 days time period? Quote Link to comment
