Without H1b stamping with profit employer currently working with Non profit employer Can I transfer back to Profit employer again without lottery?

Picked H1b in Lottery and worked with profit employer for 6 months(No Stamping with Profit H1b)

Now working with Non profit employer

NOT having H1B Stamping with profit employer ..Will it impact my chances going back to profit employer again?

If you First H1 was for a for profit employer then you can go back to a for profit employer anytime.

Having a visa stamp doesn't matter, if you COS from F1/H4  to H1 was approved and you did work on the cap subject h1 with the for profit employer then you are good.

Can you be clear. Did your first H1B approved or not? Did you start your H1B?

Picked H1b in Lottery and H1B approved/started are completely different.

A visa stamp is an entry document. You don't need it while in the US. It has mi effect on a transfer.

Employer-1(Profit Org) : Picked/Approved H1B through lottery and worked for 7 months without "H1B Stamping" (2016 Sep to 2017 April)

Employer-2(Non Profit Org): Transferred to Non profit org with Non profit H1b(2017 April to Still working now)

Condition:
1.H1B visa from Employer-1 expired on Sep 2019 .(3 years period)
2.No Stamping with Employer-1
3.Employer 1 Withdrawn my H1B on 2017 Dec as i left the job.
3.Got Stamped with Employer-2 after H1B transfer

Yes COS from F1 and my First H1b with Profit employer is approved and i worked for 7 months.

Later Transferred to non Profit org and got my H1b stamping and currently working here.
