I have initiated the process of filing my AOS. Meanwhile, I have received an RFE on my L1A extension. Also my current visa expired on 11/27/2019 and i94 expired as of 12/07/2019 and I am closing in to the 240 day period allowed by USCIS Please advise if I am eligible to file my AOS even though u do not have a valid i94 or visa currently and yet to file rfe response. thanks for your inputs Quote Link to comment
