H1B extension Receipt date question

Hi,

my I-797 is expiring on 09 June 2020. We have applied extension on 15 May 2020. Still we have not yet received receipt.

If I do not receive receipt before 09 June 2020 will I be out of status?

What will be receipt date , is it the date it received the package or the date when ever the receipt is generated.

please advise.

Convert to premium ASAP...I guess date when receipt is generated..

Hang on to the proof that the package was delivered and signed by USCIS and it will be the date the receipt is generated.
