jsnsam Posted June 1, 2020 Report Share Posted June 1, 2020 Hi have few questions on below scenario hope you can guide me as you guys are experts. scenario: i am new to US , came via H1B initiated by my company , i have been only 1.5 years in US so far, my I94 expires on May 1st 2020 got my H1B extension rejection 28th May 2020 , yet to receive a hard copy. Question : 1) Is there an option to reapply for my extension now with out travelling back to my country? 2) at this situation i will not be able to travel what are my options ? 3) if i go back to my country , can i reapply for H1B CAP or a fresh H1B? is there any period i need to wait before re applying ? jsnsam Posted June 5, 2020 Author Report Share Posted June 5, 2020 Can i apply on my own for B2 application , my company is not ready to apply for B1 , If i can apply can you guide me to apply for B2 ? how long dose it take to get a B2 approval ? due to this covid situation i am not having flights what will the impact due to this?
