Will that cause any issue? 2) After H1 transfer, I do not move to a new employer and stay with my current employer and the new employer does not withdraw H1. Will that cause any issue in future? But if they do not then its their problem not yours. 2. Joining new employer is your decision. If you do not join new employer they need to let USCIS know and revoke H1B.
