Sam K Posted May 9, 2020 Report Share Posted May 9, 2020 Need Help, I filed for a family-based Green card through marriage to US Citizen. We sent out the below list of forms with the necessary documentation on Feb 29th, 2020, and got receipt notices for all of them. I-130, Form I-485, Form I-765, Form I-131, Form I-864, Form I-944. USCIS processed the above list of applications on April 6th, 2020. We received an RFE only on Form I-485 on April 28, 2020, stating that USCIS will only accept a long-form birth certificate. I was able to get a sample Affidavit on a promissory note from my parents in India will that suffice. Do we need any other documents? Quote Link to comment
