My wife (Dependent) was working on EAD & AP as a day care teacher and was impacted due to Covid 19. Her employer asked her to apply for unemployment insurance and we did that and got approved. I am just concerned on the public charge rule for her and I need your valuable guidance if this will be a problem. Please help if this will be an issue during final adjudication.
