H1B Amendment petition approved backdated

Hi,

I have an original petition that was approved until Aug 4 2020 for Client A, due to change in client B an Amendment was filed in Sep 2019 and it got approved for back date i.e. Feb 28 2020. 

My question is that can I go back to my original base location and work from the same client A using the original petition. What are the other options for me ?

Please suggest , appreciate your response on this.

If A is available I guess you can do and your employer will revoke B approval.

You can go back to A or if you want to work for B you can do that by filing a NPT and an extension petition.
