Rajivs Posted April 17, 2020 Report Share Posted April 17, 2020 My priority date is jan 23rd 2018 and am indian, did concurrent filing for all family members . We had interview on March 2019. My son is now 21 but is protected for age out. He has got an employment offer and will be taking that up in June 2020. What are his options if I need to move out of USA due to job requirements ?
