lokki Posted March 31, 2020 Report Share Posted March 31, 2020 Greetings, I have applied for my H1b extension in premium processing and USCIS has given me RFE on Labor Condition Application. When filing LCA my employer mentioned my Title as Software developer and Level 2 wage. USCIS is now sayings according to O*NET online portal of DOL, Software Developer comes under Job Zone 4 and SVP range 7.0 to <8.0 which means that the occupation normally requires over 2 years up to and including 4 years of work experience. i have total IT experience of 4 years. Please find the attached content of the RFE and let me know if any leads on this. Kindly please reply me if anyone faced this RFE. Any information on this is much appreciated.
