Continue same employment or change

My priority date is march 4, 2010 in Eb2 category. I got a job offer as remote - work from home from one of the top fortune companies to work for.

Currently Eb3 date of filing is Feb 1, 2010 and Eb2 date of filing is 01JUL09.

Final action dates are 15 Jan 09 and 22 May 09 for Eb3 and eb2 respectively.

Spouse is working on h4 EAD.

I am really interested in working for the new employer, Need some advice in terms of is it advisable to change employer at this time or should I continue to wait for Eb3 or Eb2 to become current and at-least get a 485 EAD card?

Please let me know if I need to watch for something and potential concerns with accepting new position.

I think you should change, by the time your date is current you will have got PERM cleared by new employer and ready to file 140 and 485 at same time is your date is current by then.

Is your new employer willing to file GC immediately after joining or do they have any wait period kind of restrictions?
