Zee
Hi all, My H1b got approved in 2019 for 3months (Oct to Dec). My employer hired an attorney to file extension in Oct 2019. Things have turned out be worse lately. Attorney Sent initial extension application on Dec 21. He received Notice of action form with no reject case number with following: 1. LCA was not included with i129 petition 2. Submitted an incomplete petition pg-21 section SECT 3 is missing required information 3. the signature on G28 submitted cannot be recognized Could anybody please confirm - as there is no reject case number can I assume that my application is still processing? or should I assume this as a reject notification. My i94 expired on Jan 10th. As per my attorney I have not received any receipt number so far. Am I eligible to work as my h1b extension package was submitted to uscis before my i94 expired. User099
You need to find a good attorney. Make sure your attorney fixes all these and submits then asap for the receipt number to be issued. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
I guess in still processing and cannot generate receipt number. You need ti find good lawyer and those are dumbest mistakes. Ask your employer to use good lawyer. Edited January 24, 2020 by gopalakrishnach Quote Link to comment
