My petition was picked in lottery for year 2019 but then I got RFE for which my employer has filed a response. I wish to know if there is an option to file a second H1b Cap Petition through Employer B after being rejected through Employer A? Do I have to part of 2020 lottery once again if my petition from first employer gets rejected? Thanks Quote Link to comment
