Adykumar Posted January 23, 2020 Report Share Posted January 23, 2020 My current employer Aapplied for extension of my H1-B which got denied on Jan 3rd but another employerB initiated transfer for me on Dec 20th 2019 which got RFE.I joined on Receipt with employer B on Jan 13th. I have a question about my status whether I am legal to stay or Do I need to leave the country as my I94 expires on Jan 10th itself. Quote Link to comment
