gcshah
We submitted our I130 in 2019 petitioning for spouse (F2A category), and got a receipt notice. We were just going over the petition we filled out and noticed a few minor issues: 1. We filled out petitioner's city of birth as Bengaluru, the passport says Bangalore. Bengaluru is the official name for Bangalore. Is this an issue? Do we need to fix this? 2. For petitioner's mother's and father's city of residence, we accidentally entered their city of birth. The country of birth and residence are correct. Should we correct this error? When and how should we do this? Edited January 21, 2020 by gcshah Quote Link to comment
care_candidate
There is always time to do right thing. However, you will face some validity of proof issues since these are important items. Quote Link to comment
