ghr801
I am going to India for Stamping in March. I work as FTE(Full-time employee) for a startup. Our company has "Address-A" as it's registration address. This is the address that's printed on my I797 approval document. This address(Address-A) is the home address of our company's CEO. He uses this as the company's base/primary address. Being a startup(small team), we work at incubators. My LCA has "Address-B"(an incubator hub) printed on it. After my H1 application got picked in the lottery we moved to "Address-C"(another incubator hub). "Address-C" is my current work location "Address-C" is 1 mile away from "Address-B", so the lawyer said no need to file a new LCA since both "Address-B" and "Address-C" fall in the same MSA(Metropolitan Statistical Area). So my LCA now has "Address-B" which is past workplace. My question is should I797 and LCA have the same address for a FTE? Do you have any suggestions for me based on my case explained above to get prepared with documentation? Which address should I use in my DS160? I am using "Address-A", since it's on my I797. I will be carrying the corresponding lease documents for all the 3 addresses mentioned above. All the 3 addresses mentioned above are in the same city. But I feel Address C should be the one you should using in DS160. I will let others to chime in with their thoughts too. Quote Link to comment
