Will it be a problem if Visit Visa I-94 expires while waiting for AP to be approved. My mother's VISIT Visa I-94 will expire in Feb 2020. Her I-485 and AP receipt date is Oct, 2019. Processing time showing is 6-8 months. Is it OK if I-94 expires since her current status is AOS pending? Will appreciate reply from an Attorney. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment
