mdeepika Posted January 14, 2020 Report Share Posted January 14, 2020 Hi, Im currently on H1B expiring in Sep 2020. However, my visa stamp expired on Jan 2020. I plan on going to india to get the visa re-stamped as i anticipate some international travel. My last visa stamping went through Admin processing, so i do not qualify for dropbox. My company plans to file the H1 extension in March. Do you anticipate any issues if i go for visa re-stamping at this time? Quote Link to comment

User099 Posted January 16, 2020 Report Share Posted January 16, 2020 If getting a visa stamped till Sept 2020 is your concern, then you are ok that should not be an issue. Did you considered getting an extension approved and then go for stamping just to avoid the pain of going for stamping again after Sept 2020?
