F2 dependent visa got rejected

Hi

my husband has a F1 visa, first F1 visa got Expired. But he joined in second masters to maintain status. I have F2 dependent visa but it got expired and i have applied for visa extension.  i went for visa interview for stmping and visa officer is asking like your husband didnt come from 2013 since from past 5 years and why he is doing again his masters and i told just previous course doesnt have any demand. so he is doing second masters for betterment. so visa officer asked my son's birth certificate  and again he asked like your husband didnt come here and doing second masters and gave her 214b form.

so can someone please help me like what answers would be appropriate to the officer if he asks and also is there any way that my wife and son can come here.again

You clearly show you have the intent to immigrate to US, you can't do that with F1.

The only way for you to join him is by him getting an H1 petition approved so that you can come over in H4 status.

Let me guess. Both your universities are not up to standard and the VO sensed you will stay at all costs.
