Ash2020
Hello all, I got my h1b approved with COS from f1 @ a work location A about 3 months ago. I am working as a Full time employee for this company for little over a year now. I am planning to visit India in late Jan and have to get a new visa stamp. I had couple of questions. 1. Recently the whole office moved to a new location (about 3 blocks from previous work location) in same MSA. Company’s attorneys suggested that no amendment or LCA is required to be filed. Would that cause any trouble during my stamping? If so, could I prepare by carrying any additional documentation? 2. While my petition was being processed, my wage slightly increased (less than 5%). Again, I am planning to declare new salary and work address on Form DS-160. Should I expect any delays/ troubles during my stamping process. Any my advice is appreciated. Thank you:) Quote Link to comment

User099
1. 3 blocks move is ok within same MSA, no new LCA or amendment will be needed. 2. You can declare your new salary, no issues. Quote Link to comment
