Why was it denied?

Amendment is now denied for which current work is tagged to. Can the stay in usa considered illegal? I have another H1b transfer also approved, but i need to join it.

Do not know the reason yet, but seems like speciality occupation grounds. But i have another opportunity. Now the resignation process is taking time and the other company wants me to join.

 

I am not sure of how many days gap can i have.
