FirstName in I797A clipped

Hello,

My first name is really long and the last letter got clipped in USCIS’ response to my I129. My Firstname has 19 characters and only 18 characters were printed. I want to book visa appointment in my home country for visa stamping. I have two questions:

1. Will the name cause a problem during the Visa interview? My last name and every other letter in my first name are fine.
2. How long does USCIS take to rectify their mistake and send a new I797a so that I can plan the visa appointment.

2. It will at least take 2 weeks minimum. Including to and fro shipping would be one month.
