Fernando_S Posted December 15, 2019 Report Share Posted December 15, 2019 Current Visa process restricts H4 visa person has to be present in the USA,Currently my family is India and my visa has expired.Will the H1 approval notice be good to go for stamping for H4. Did the process change recently as before June we were able to submit an extension for dependent if they are not in USA without issues. Quote Link to comment

Did the process change recently as before June we were able to submit an extension for dependent if they are not in USA without issues. The process did not change.
