My husband's h1 approved yesterday. 1.Is it better to just quit, leave for India, fill up DS160 and get H4 stamp done instead of going via H4 COS route? 2.what are the chances of approval of getting h4 visa stamp if i move us? 3.is it better to wait in usa until my cos approval and then go to my home country for stamping? My husband's employer doesn't know about my arrest. Please advise. Whether prefer to stay in US until h4 cos to go for stamping or to leave country for now stamping. Any help would be appreciated.. You should expect up to 8 weeks of delay to get the passports back after the interview Now or later, you should take that call as per your convenience keeping delay in mind Quote Link to comment
