Vickey salian
Hi All, my employer has applied one amendment from offshore and it was approved, while client said we don’t have that position anymore. So we went ahead and applied 2nd amendment from offshore. Meanwhile first client said I can Travel now because the requirement is open again. I traveled to onshore. And I have just landed and, I saw the second amendment is also approved with different client, the second client doesn’t have requirements now. Here, 1. Can I work for first client without any issues? Or last action will affect working for first client? 2. If later the second client has job later, can I work for them without traveling back to India? What is last action rule in this case ? Or is that applicable? note: I have i797 approved for same timeframe. Thanks, vickey Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
1. Yes you can work for first client. 2. Since you are already in USA on first client visa later if you want to join second you can do being in USA without traveling back to India... Please confirm this with experts. Quote Link to comment
